At today’s Senate Judiciary Committee hearing, Sen. Tom Cotton (R-AR) confronted AG Merrick Garland about a controversial memo on school board safety.

“Judge, this is shameful. This testimony, your directive, your performance is shameful. Thank God you’re not on the Supreme Court. You should resign in disgrace, judge.”
